Not a master piece but a win is a win.
Injuries are really becoming an issue though.

I like that stat - Bo Levi Mitchell has the most QB wins at Investors Group Field.

That was a fun game to watch.. Bombers controlled the play for the first half, but ran out of gas for the second half. Either that or the Stamps changed their tactics in the second half. Finch will be back next week, and hopefully some others.. man the Stamps need a bye really badly already.

He probably will but he is on thin ice.
His replacement was more than adequate and DD was pissed off about the positive test.
He is on notice.

DD was the star of the game, he made some nice adjustments. They tried to do a lot of vertical attacking in the first half, In the second half they shortened up the routes, attacked the zone and went after the boundry side of the field.
There's still some things to be cleaned up, but injuries are having a big effect on this team finding a rhythm.

You know it's a really embarrassing stat when Milt and Matt couldnt help but chuckle at that
Really Bombers... A visiting QB has more wins in your own stadium than your own QB...

The Bombers were exactly who we thought they were, and the Stamps didn't let them off the hook.

Very impressive watching that beat up D go into lockdown mode in the second half. No matter who goes down, D still keeps beasting, can't stop won't stop. I'm still so impressed with Ciante Evans, such a stud.
Davaris Daniels coming back and looking good was such a relief, I didn't expect him back that quickly. Only negative I can really find is Parades is still terrifying right now, I have very little confidence in him at the moment. Not worried about the O taking a while to round into form, between the injuries and the fact it's only week 3 and it's not surprising, they'll be fine as long as they can stay healthy.
Good game overall, they're still working the kinks out but the Stamps certainly appear to be the juggernaut they were last season. Going to be a fun year, can't wait to hit McMahon in a couple weeks!

9 injuries now? This team is amazing how they overcome the injuries. They are missing 2 starters in OLine(Lavertu & Bergman), 2 starters in DLine(Hughes, Law), starter in LB(Mayo), punt/kickoff returner(Finch), DB(Brandon Smith) and they still find a way to win.
Yes watching the first half was not good. Both teams were making so many mistakes. Winnipeg could have been ahead by more than 1 point if it wasn't the play of DB(intercepting Nichols at the end zone) and Buckley creating a fumble and recovering the ball after the missed FG by Rene Paredes. Even Bo wasn't sharp under or overthrowing the ball. Messam wasn't that good in the first half also. It seems like our defense except for the LBs were making Nichols look like Tom Brady without the screwup.
Totally different ballgame in the 2nd half. Everyone woke up and dominated the game. Glenn Love who??? LB Maleki Harris playing as a starter while Deron Mayo is still on injured list is having a fantastic season so far. Him and MLB Alex Singleton have been playing like an All Star early this season. Secondary been inconsistent so far this season but stepped up in the 2nd half. Offense stepped up especially R Kamar Jorden. I feel that Bo Levi can shred every team's DBs with all his high caliber receivers. Too many to pick.. Jorden, Daniels, Durant, McDaniels and even Brescacin. Now if kicker Rene Paredes can get over his slump, Stamps will be very hard to beat. Oh yeah avoiding injuries too.
Speaking of injuries, Stamps lost a couple of players again. DE Keshawn Fraser went down on the first play and did not come back in the game. Looks like he will be gone for a while. Rookie Tunde Adeleke also left the game in the 2nd half. Not sure the extent of his injury.
Now bring on the Alouettes!!

Why do do many Stamps get hurt all the time?
Every year it's the same thing, over and over again. Kudos to Huff etc, because they are still always one of the top teams despite that, but it gets rather irritating.

I dont know that the Stamps suffer more injuries than other teams necessarily.
What is bizarre is that they seem to get concentrated in one position every year. Last two years it was the Oline and even this year to a degree. This season though the loss on edge rushers is just unbelievable considering we are 3 games deep.

With the early-game injury to Fraser, the D was essentially playing without 3/4 of its starters. Kudos to Huff and DD for keeping the talent rolling in and training the new recruits to succeed as next man up. Truly amazing depth to survive so many injuries at the same time.
Not too worried about Rene. He has his first new holder in years, and there is bound to be a bit of adjustment.
