Stanhope has been here several times in the last five years. He's probably my favourite comedian working today.

My wife just texted me about this.

I'm at a friend's house watching Wrestlemania and it completely took the wind out of me.

I met the man outside the Westin in Halifax. Amazingly nice guy, asked him to come out drinking with me and my buddies. He claimed he had an early flight to Ottawa in the morning so he couldn't. Even in a random encounter a class act and gave a fair excuse.

Rest in Peace, a comedian I have the utmost respect for and an all around great guy.

I love Tommy Buns, his delivery is so understated, it's wonderful. This is from the second ever Mohr Stories podcast, and ever since I've been a fan



Joey Diaz will probably never come to Canada as he's a convicted felon, but I agree, I'd love to see him live. I'd make a road trip to Seattle to see him for sure.

For those who like the Bill Burr or Daniel Tosh "nothing is off limits" type , Anthony Jeselnik is also great at his more controversial style.

Edit: This album is actually from 2010. His newest one is entitled Caligula.

in the span of 1 year Louis CK cancelled an Idaho show I was going to, and now Jim Gaffigan rebooked his Toronto show by 2 weeks so I'll miss that too. Wtf? What lousy luck.

Hadn't watched a Chris Rock special in a few years. Forgot how amazing he is.

Wish he would stop doing stupid Madagascar and Grown Up sequels and get with it with a new special!

I used to hear him on Stern doing his Sam Kinison impression. It's spot on. Too bad I can't go.
