Default Power Management Event (PME Pin) - New Motherboard

Installing a new motherboard, connected the ATX cable from the computer: Ground - PSON - 5VSB.

The new motherboard has a 4th pin, PME. From what I've searched out, this pin needs a signal/voltage to power on the computer but I only have the 3 lines on the existing cable.

What does this PME pin want in order to power up? 5 volts? If so, would you tie in with the 5VSB pin?

Thanks
