Watching JD crack homers at Rogers is making me nostalgic.
I really don't think he'd be a good fit in the room, and I doubt even more if he's a fit with the FO, but with Jays gaping hole at 3B sure makes me wish there was a way to get him back with the Jays.
Wouldn't cost much to acquire I imagine, and the Twins most certainly have to eat a large portion of his contract.
But, hopefully they find a better option at 3B in 2022.

JD is the type of player that thrives in New York. Too injured to be your everyday player but if you can afford him off your bench, you’re in a great position. When is Biggio expected back? He’s the one guy who hasn’t progressed much this year.

John Farrell’s son on the mound today for the Twins. Time to rough him up.

Totally agree. Some athletes ‘get’ playing in Canada and JD just seems to hit the right notes. His comments about wishing this team could play in front of 50k at RC because they deserve it with how they’ve been playing really hit me in the feels.

Bo bo!
He just loves sitting back on the curve ball. Feel like his last three or four homers have been bottom of the zone 12-6 curve balls.

Just noticed Jansen doesn’t wear batting gloves. Pretty unusual to see, especially being a North American player.
