I swear I thought they said 16 yesterday, my mistake. Still should be giving Davies more playing time, once he gets a run of games everyone will be wondering why he wasn’t being used before. If he was European he’d be getting time

This must have been posted just before Salah's fantastic assist to Mane.

Davies wouldn’t have been the answer today, he’s not ready. although I do really hope he gets some larger opportunities in the last weeks of the Bundesliga season.

I didn’t see much of the match so I can’t comment at all. Congrats to Liverpool and I’m welcoming and hoping for a long overdue overhaul for Bayern

Yeah, Bayern have long been in need of a youth movement, their squad is just past it and not enough overall quality.

Fantastic result for Liverpool!!

I'd pretty much take anybody but City. I'm bored of them.

for United, I simply want a non-PL team. Tired of seeing the same players all the time.

I'm guessing...

Ajax-Man City
Porto-Barca
Spurs-Juve
Liverpool-Man Utd

Him and Ronaldo really are remarkable just for how long and how dominant both of them have been. It's crazy that discussions about them always turn into giant pissing matches when really they are two of the best players ever.

We got witness to it for both of them in this round of games.

I know people always like to talk about how much better sports used to be in the past but really there has never been a better time to be a sports fan than the last 25-30 years.

Tennis: Sampras, Federer, Nadal, Djokovic
Basketball: Jordan, Lebron
Hockey: Gretzky, Lemieux, Crosby, Ovechkin, McDavid
Soccer: Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo
Football: Marino, Elway, Manning, Brady, Patriots Dynasty
Golf: Tiger
Baseball: Bonds (steroids be damned), Trout (Probably the one sport wasn't at it's peak during the last 30 years)

Damn is it weird to see a Champions League final 8 without Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

My guess for the draw on Friday:

Barca - Liverpool
City - Ajax
Spurs - Juve
United - Porto

Feels fitting that United will face Porto in the same season they sack Jose.

this exactly, I hate that so much. We should really just enjoy watching 2 of the best players ever playing at the same time. Something to be cherished.

Crazy to see both Bayern and Real Madrid out already and four premier league teams still in it.

Salzburg put up a great fight against Napoli. They didn't deserve to lose 3-0 in the first leg, unfortunately they missed a lot of chances and got killed by a more experienced side. But bowing out with a 3-1 victory today is a decent ending to the campaign.

happy for Frankfurt and Adi Hütter. They are having a really good season.

Torn about the Arsenal result.

Go to Rennes frequently and they'd be my French team but on the other hand glad to see Arsenal with at least another couple of Thursday night games.

Iwobi is going to get retroactively suspended for that kick.
