Why not? Radio and TV rights are separate contracts and TSN doesn't have a station in Calgary.

Bell owns three stations in Calgary: CJAY, Virgin, and Funny. They could convert Funny to a TSN station, but that would be a lot more expensive to run and I don't think Calgary could support 2 sports radio stations.

I just tweeted Kelly Hrudey and asked if he and Ball will be calling Flames games again this year. He said yes! So we have them again. He said he will be calling what he can when he isnt on the HNIC panel.

Also, that likely means more CCP when Hrudeys not doing color in game. Which is great, because I like her.

I am hoping to hear more from Leah Hextall. I thought she had a great call on the VGK v. Flames game last February.
