Sound like its both picks AND the 2 players for Mantha.
Incredible.
Though Mantha adds a LOT to that Cap line up. Size and scoing are hard to find in the same guy...he fills both those well.

Mantha has a pretty good history of not being engaged/coasting.
I'm not so sure this deal will work out too well for Washington.

Mantha has a tonne of upside, stuck on a bad team with bad linemates. Panik was on waivers, and is cap dump.
I don't think this trade is as lopsided as others believe.
