I'm tempted to go throw some money on United for Sunday. Because while logic dictates they should get battered by City, these are the exact moments in his reign where Ole magically pulls one out of his ass to take the heat off.

94th minute penalty would be so unsurprising.

Spurs got lucky on the handball for sure - or was it a galaxy brain move by Sanchez
Fulham's defence/goaltending have been very good lately so i won't take umbrage with only one goal. Having Dele and Bale certainly looked good early going. Kane seemed off.
Hard to believe Fulham is now only 3 points back of Newcastle. Perhaps the age-old Newcastle/sunderland rivalry will be reunited in Championship next season

Injuries no doubt have hurt, but Liverpool's front three completely falling off is why they might be out of Europe altogether next year.

I believe in the Jays.

We’ll be out of Europe for refusing to change the style of play. We are too slow at the back, and don’t have the pressing in midfield to play the high line. It’s easy pickings for opponents.

How do you take Salah off when Mane and Firmino have been worse? Bizarre.

There’s no way that VAR is defensible with that kind of garbage. That’s not seriously a handball, and no one can possibly think it should be called. That call, or a call like it, could cost a team relegation and an enormous amount of money.
The only thing I did enjoy about that call was getting to Andy Townsend whining and crying. I don’t what we’ve done to deserve him in the broadcast of every one of our matches.

It is NOT a VAR problem.
It is a rule problem.
By the current rules it was a correctly disallowed goal based off a silly rule.

There are lots of rules that need adjusting to go along with VAR. Handballs are a crapshoot. The Chelsea handball today along with the one against Man U the other day were both super obvious calls, but it’s totally 50/50 as to how they are called.
And then the Werner offside goal that was ruled out was ridiculous too. I don’t know how VAR can claim to have the precision to be calling it by the millimetre, especially on one like this where the line is being drawn to random parts of the arm. There needs to be some sort of margin of error included.

It must be so hard to support Arsenal sometimes.
Game in hand and controlling play? Bang Xhaka & Leno combine for that terrible own goal.
Can't say I don't love it .

I can't remember a season when there has been so many handball rulings that I have disagreed with. The Fulham one the Senator mentioned above that took a tying goal off the board was terrible.

It’s utterly ridiculous. We have VAR and sober second thoughts, and it’s worse than it was. It’s not that VAR is ruining the game, it’s just that it’s so unhelpful. The chintzy offsides, the handballs that aren’t actually handballs, it’s just pathetic.
The Fulham “handball” this week was completely ridiculous. I can’t say I watch every game, every week, but earlier this season Spurs had two penalties against them which were just silly and of a similar nature. Did the ball hit someone’s arm? Yes. But in these cases it was completely unavoidable. Were the arms in an unnatural position? I don’t know...I mean these are people who have arms, and they happen to be attached to their body while they’re in the middle of an athletic endeavour.
But then there are non-calls like Calvert-Lewin against Palace. He basically played goal out closer to the top of the box. VAR reviewed that and said it was fine. It’s insane; it’s completely intentional and there’s no penalty for that.

Wolves should be down 3-0, so you know this is ours to lose in the 2nd half.
