Canada are heavy favourites at -235 on the draw no bet line, with Honduras +201.
My predictions are single-handedly guiding this team to the World Cup. In decades to come, our grandchildren will remember the Canadian team of 2022 and know that it all started in this very thread.
No Davies? No points for Canada. Let's go with a solid 3-1 victory for Honduras.

I dreamt about that 2012 match the other night. It was terrible. This is our redemption story

Tomorrow is the best chance of this set of games, for 3 points.
Some pressure is off if they get a result, pressure is definitely on if they don't.

I look for Tajon Buchanan to really shoulder the load offensively and I think he is really going to rise to the occasion. He's really been trending upwards in the last half year and woudn't be surprised to see him take over in this one.

Take your pick. Tajon, Jonathan David, Cyle Larin… all have looked fantastic.
Can’t wait for tonight.
Some OOT help would be great too. Let’s goooo El Salvador and Jamaica!

The big game tonight is Costa Rica-Panama. Hoping for a tie there.

I'm excited for tonight but super nervous. I hope this team rallies even harder together with no Davies in the lineup, should be an interesting test - I don't have a 100% feeling, but will try and feel more optimistic throughout the day. See you all at the Rose and Crown tonight!

I disagree. The Central American teams lack depth and have been getting slaughtered in the 3rd games of windows. El Salvador should be ripe for the taking.

Anyone expecting a win in Honduras tonight is just setting themselves up for disappointment. Honduras as a side are not good, but Honduras away is a game that Canada is never ready for. I agree that a win at El Salvador away is much more achievable.
Now if Canada do pull off a win tonight, I think that's a sign that they're making Qatar...

If we get out of this with a tie I will take that as an absolute victory.
In other news, here's Canada's paths to qualification:

#1 isn't likely, so we will need to rely on Options 2, 3, or 4.

I am operating under the expectation of remaining undefeated in qualifying.
People thought making the Ocho was unachievable. People thought qualifying for Qatar was unachievable.
I think going undefeated in the Ocho is ACHEIVEABLE.

Yeah, i think Canada approaches this like the Jamaica game. Keep it tight, 0-0 as long as possible. But if Honduras get over-zealous, then it's lightning counter attacks the other way.

No he’s out for the whole window with the Myocarditis diagnosis, original statement from Bayern was him being out for 4 weeks

A draw would be a great result and I think that is achievable. A win would completely surprise me, as it would be the first in Honduras since 1985.
