Raps winning two games is shocking to me. Bucks starting this game off to ensure that they finish this series in 6.

Well at least it's over in the first four minutes so there's no false hope like Game One.

Bad execution so far, but again I bring this back to coaching. Why not call timeouts to calm them? And Gasol's looking jittery, so why no Ibaka? Ridiculous.

I don't watch very much basketball, usually only the occasional game during the playoffs, so I'm curious to know when the game shifted heavily towards perimeter shooting? I was much more into basketball when I was in high school, 20 years ago, and from what I remember it was much more focused on taking the ball to the net. Now it seems like close to half of the offensive possessions end in a three point attempt.

They just set the playoff record for most threes in a game the other night in Game Four. Part of it is Curry, part of it more analytics.

I think it was a few seasons ago where the league shifted to it as a whole with the success of the Warriors. But before that the run and gun offense with Steve Nash on the Suns to some degree started it from what I remember.

Well the Suns were about maximizing the number of possessions in a game by running a very quick offense, not necessarily a three point heavy offense. But yeah they showed that you can win in the NBA by basically eschewing defense if you can score in bunches enough. Used to never see teams scoring 70 in a half, or having all four quarters in the 30's or scoring 20 points in five minutes or less, but it's pretty common place now.

I feel so extraordinarily strong that Ibaka's been misused this series. Without him the Raps are settling for bad mid to long range shots. He's the only guy attacking and rebounding. He should be setting the tone and starting. Pretty fn unbelievable that Nurse is using the guy like this.

Don't know his name. But the Bucks coach is a weeny. And the Bucks fans complaining about calls is hilarious.

Reffing seems fair so far. At least both teams are being allowed to play.

North? Milwaukee is nearly the same latitude.

Dumbasses keep settling for long shots instead of inching and taking the higher percentage shots. Siakam should be benched.

Raps keeping it close despite a horrible shooting percentage. Their defense is giving me hope, which is a problem for my mental health.

I get a kick out of this as Toronto is almost on par with the northern edge of California.

Have the Warriors faced anywhere near this quality of defense yet? These are the two best defensive teams slugging it out. Warriors are talented, but they won’t get near as many easy looks facing either one of these teams.

It's worth remembering the Warriors don't need easy looks with Steph and Klay and Durant if he's healthy. Warriors defense is just as good as these teams and their offense is significantly better. I get people want the Warriors streak to end, but neither of these teams has the firepower to do it. Would need to win old school ugly NBA style, like 78-75.
