Got a mobile alert earlier that Rob Babcock died from pancreatic cancer. Sad really. For those who may not know he was the GM at the time of the Vince Carter deal. He got a pretty hard hand dealt as a puppet GM, along with hiring a hard nosed coach and was ousted quickly after two seasons.

Series starts tonight. Kawhi has been a God obviously, but beating the Bucks is gonna require significant improvements from everyone else. This is the series I think they'll really miss OG, he could offer an additional lengthy defender to trouble Giannis. If they can finally start hitting some open shots who knows, but this is a big time ask and as great as the win Sunday was, it wasn't a great performance, as it was with most of the games against Philly. I'll say Bucks in 5.

unconscious from three right now.

great defense so far by the raps

will the refs take away the two points on the shot clock violation? or is it too late now?

The most important part of that half is they defended well without fouling. Giannis feasted at the line against the Celtics so if they can keep him off the line they are in good shape.

Responded nicely both times the Bucks have cut it to one possession.

They're shooting way better, especially Lowry, and Siakam had a good first half as Kawhi was a bit slow to get going. But it says something that this is about as good as they can play and they still may lose this game. Only up 4 now.

I basically can't watch anymore as the service I was using has gotten too laggy to be watchable.

Our bench just can't get it done. They can't survive for even a couple of minutes.

Nope. They may have just thrown the game away with that 8-0 run against them. Powell or whoever it was with a gimme lay up missed, followed by a three the other way.

That kind of **** will lose you a game and series in short order, especially in the 4th quarter. Just brutal.

Embarrassing now. You can't win a series in one game, but you can argue that you can lose one if you were already the underdog.

So frustrating, they could have easily won this game, now they're throwing it away with little ****.

At some point you just have to play Lin, at least he is streaky and not just bad like Powell and Van Vleet right now. Ibaka is the bench pretty much.

Also definitely sucks to lose when Lowry has delivered one of his best playoff performances as a Raptor.

Lowry’s playing well. Really annoying seeing Gasol on now. Guaranteed to miss mid range jumpers. Bring a big body he could bang a bit but he just doesn’t.

Lin is awful. He is significantly worse then those other 2.

Definitely not significantly worse at the moment. I suspect he can make a layup.

Never thought I'd be saying this but yeah you ride Lowry at the end here, he is feeling it.

Lowrys definitely on fire and this is one of the few games you gotta give it to him. Now, last minute of the game Kawhi is still the go to but Lowry’s hot. This particular game is about minimizing turnovers so the raps just gotta watch that.
