What's with the two missed shot categories? What's one of them supposed to be?

Not must win but IMO this weekend's back to back games are pretty important. Don't want to go into Edmonton at 1-3 staring at 1-4 as it's early but getting multiple games below .500 leaves less room for error later in the season. Jets have looked really good to start the season so hopefully they get caught up in the home opener festivities as this will be a tough one for the Flames.

Very important game. Certainly don't want to fall behind early and play catch up all year.
Edm will come out hard on Saturday trying to avoid 0-5 so the Flames need at least this game vs the Jets tonight.
Hopefully we see some improvement to overall team play such as the PP and some sustained possession throughout the hockey match.
A consistent effort in all three periods would be dandy as well.
GFG.

One of the rare nights I am cheering against the Flames. Pumped for the home opener!

Lame Sauce.
Never cheer against the Flames. Ever.
The real Jets are in Arizona now anyway.

Going to be a tough game. The Jets are a similar team to the Blues and that crowd will be pumped up tonight.
Tomorrows win is more important for me (going to the game with an Oilers fan) but 2 wins this weekend would be huge for this team

Is there a way to stream SNF on sportsnet.ca or the Sportsnet Now app? Seems those sites are limited to the "regular/fulltime" channels?

Slightly curious if ratings suffer due to the Blue Jays game.

I don't think so - Why would people from Calgary care about a sports team from Toronto?

Taking a while to get to 5000
Lucky Saskatchewan viewers can choose between TSN & Sportsnet tonight.
Ball & Hrudey or better production quality. Hmm.

not a great start to the early season. Have yet to play a solid game in my opinion.
If the team's going to wake up for one of these back to backs, i'll be ok if it's tomorrow instead.
Go Flames Go!
Go Jays Go!

Don't like the feeling in this one. Jets have been playing very good hockey to start the season. Hope for a home opener flop I guess.

We suck at at home openers, but I'll rub Timothy Eaton's toe extra good before the game to get some good mojo. I think the Jets game plan should be clear for Calgary: contain Johnny hockey and get pucks on net.

Projected lines for Winnipeg:
Ladd-Little-Wheeler
Perreault-Scheifele-Ehelrs
Burmistrov-Lowry-Stafford
Thorburn-Copp-Petan
Chiarot-Byfuglien
Enstrom-Myers
Stuart-Trouba
Pavelec
Watch out for that 2nd line tonight. Two dynamic young players in Scheifele and Ehlers.
