So Bjorkstrand after cancelling his trip to San Diego didn't get drafted because he was a bottom 4 pick and got assigned to a team, didn't compete in the skills competition then was out in the first round today. Sheesh.

I wish the Flames were competing for a Playoff spot, but crap like this is why people constantly try and avoid the All Star Game.

What would you rather do? Have a couple weeks off in a hectic season or....that crap?

The only player who cares about the ASG is McDavid.

Shout out to Harvey the Hound at the NHL fan expo today. Saw my son there with his Flames jersey on and stopped him for a photo op and gave him his Harvey Chain necklace, then went to find a sharpie to sign an autograph for him. Totally made my son's day. Wasn't just us, a few parents had mentioned that Harvey was one of the nicest mascots at the expo today

If its still who I think it is...he's a great guy and an even better mascot.
