I wouldn't have minded her not being on the card at all but I'm just glad they aren't involving her in the title match. I was worried they would have her steal Ember's spot or get herself added into a Triple Threat Match.

There's a story out there that he is joining Bellator and training with Jack Swagger.

There are rumored tryouts happening in Mississauga and that Santino Marella will be involved.

I hope it's true, they need "God's Gift to Wrestling" Michael Richard Blais if it's going to be a truly Canadian product with top notch talent.

This isn't exactly accurate. He has interest in MMA but he's also still active with MLW and I believe just signed some type of deal with NOAH. He's also said he has interest in working with AEW because they have a lack of big guys there and he could fill that niche.

His relationship broke down with NJPW because he wanted to work dates for Impact, especially considering he wasn't being used in his tag team with Lance Archer. They've since parted ways, and I believe the New Hart Foundation is actually doing pretty well in MLW with Teddy Hart and Brian Pillman Jr. The stable is a big part of why MLW has seen a surge of interest lately (in addition to Jacob Fatu, Tom Lawlor, CONTRA, etc.)

Haven't hear the AEW stuff, but that really comes down to whether Cody/Young Bucks like you as a person, and whether you can draw. Smith isn't and never has been a big draw, and he's known to have a bit of a temper at times.

I know he does train with MMA guys, so it wouldn't be totally out the question though.

Also, big six-man match announced for the Oct. 2 show in AEW (debut TNT show, Wednesday Night Dynamite). . . . Omega and the Bucks vs. Jericho and two mystery partners. It would almost be a farce if they didn't use those two spots to debut a new team or two new roster guys who will build the brand.

My initial speculation: Marty Scurll and Flip Gordon. Rumor has Marty being done on October 1st with ROH and both he and Flip are still in the BTE intro.

My heart really wants the Revival though

They are! They're replacing New Year's Dash with this second night at the Tokyo Dome. Going to both!

Looks like the Grim Reaper was permitted to escort Harley Race to the afterlife. No way the Reaper would attempt to make Mr. Race angry.

Harley Race was 76

As Bobby the Brain Heenan once said, "The only two men André the Giant was afraid of were Meng and Harley Race."

Harley Race was known for a few things outside of his wrestling.

He was genuinely tough. Stu Hart absolutely loved him and nobody took liberties with him.

He was also well known for having a annual chilli cookoff for wrestlers and ran afoul of one of Owen Harts more diabolical ribs, but Harley repaid him 10 fold

Quote:
Harley Race's barbecues are legendary and wrestlers are often invited over to the great man's house when shows are in Kansas City. It was at one of these time-honoured gatherings that Owen decided to spice things up a bit.

Harley was particularly proud of his chili so, when no one was looking, Owen poured three bottles of 'insanity' hot sauce into the huge cooking pot. He then proceeded to watch in delight as wrestler after wrestler became victim to its explosive power. Only Owen was left standing as the others gasped for air, water, anything to cool their taste buds.

On this rare occasion, however, revenge was a dish best served immediately as Harley Race found Owen in the locker room the next night and electrocuted him with a stun gun directly between the buttocks. The morale of the story? Do not mess with Harley Race. EVER.

Well I mean I talked to him lol and he said it was just a training thing but he said he could always change his mind.

I never disagreed with what you said, him going into MMA makes some level of sense. However, I tend to think it's because he's at a crossroads with pro wrestling (appears to be), which could be influencing his decision.

Race had, arguably, the best knee drop to the head of all time. It looked absolutely devastating.
