Nope. It does just fine. Obviously, I didn't start lifting heavy, but started at the bar, established my failure point and then kept adding 10-15 lbs (depending on the lift) per week. It has worked just fine for me and I feel great.

I could be way off on that, I've only been to physio a couple times but it helped greatly. So I'm curious on how the 2 compare in addressing back pain.

It was the second trial for the Stephans, who were found guilty by a Lethbridge jury in 2016. While the Alberta Court of Appeal upheld the conviction, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled the original trial judge erred in his instructions to the jury.

Back then, the official cause of death was bacterial meningitis.

However, in his written decision, Clackson wrote that he accepted the opinion of Alberta's former chief medical officer, Dr. Anny Sauvageau, who told court she does not believe Ezekiel actually died from bacterial meningitis.

"In this case, we know there is no specific treatment that is effective for viral meningitis," Clarkson wrote.

"It follows that the Crown did not prove medical attention would have saved [Ezekiel's] life or that if he had viral meningitis and it was life-threatening (which is not established in the evidence), medical attention even could have saved his life."

Essentially the diagnosis changed to being probably Viral Meningitis. So even with treatment he could have died.

So, this pretty much sets the precedent that if some other clown in the future refuses to take their sick kids to the hospital, and opts instead to treat them with their hokey home made remedies and witchcraft, they won't be legally responsible if something bad happens to their kids? Man, it's a sad day in Canada indeed.

It is a sad day in many respects, but I don't think it is anything close to the precedent you suggest. If the diagnosis is viral meningitis that could not be treated, it does follow that what these ass-clowns did or didn't do, wouldn't have made a difference.
