I am going to go see this property later on today.

It may or may not be a awesome property for a first time home buyer / investment property. At such a low price, low condo fees, in a older building with (assuming) a healthy reserve fund, this property would be a positive cash flow scenario.

Ill have more info on the property after I see it (for all we know its a dump)

Well I was on route to show someone and got a call saying it has just sold....

Must have been in good shape then, that was fast.

It was on the market for a bit longer but went conditionally sold for a period of time and then financing fell apart, a couple days later it sold to someone else so it couldn't of been in too bad of shape!
