I completely forget where this ended up last year beyond Elliot being shot, and I have no idea what's going on in the premiere as I watch it.

I thought it was a great premiere. As they are good at doing, some questions answered, more asked. And a +1 for the Daft Punk at the end.

I thought it was the best episode of the series so far. Please please let them keep focus and not go off on acid trips like they did in season 2.

So no one's watching this week to week I guess? Certainly no one's talking about it - haven't seen any buzz on twitter. I haven't watched an episode since the premiere, I'll probably catch up with it sometime this month.

It's four episodes in to the third season as of this week's episode, Wednesday night.

Off my radar now too. I have it in the same category as Fear the Walking Dead....

At some point if I am desperate for something I might go back to those 2 wells, but I have enough other stuff to watch at the moment.

I am. Season 3 has been fantastic so far but I keep fearing they will veer off on some tangent like what happened in season 2.

We finally got some backstory on what happened to Wellick after the hack, good stuff.

Still too much fight club vibe for me, but I'll finish the series anyway. There are definitely worse shows out there. Plus, what other show has Gordon Lightfoot and Cypress Hill in the same episode soundtrack?

I generally don't like when shows go off on backstory fillers, but in this case it was not only needed but an excellent episode. On the Fight Club vibe, very much so but I don't see that as a bad thing.

And actually make it work.

OK, I was hard on the premiere but I'm on to the second episode now - and that montage at the beginning of the episode set to New Sensation was pretty damn great.

I don't know that I fully understood everything that happened in the fifth episode, but it was one of the most riveting episodes of any show I've seen in a long, long time.

I know many have abandoned the series with how slow Season 2 and 3 have been, but Season 4 did not disappoint.

The showrunners finished this series properly and IMO it's worth returning to it to see how it ends

Ya, the last season was fantastic. Felt like a satisfying conclusion.
