They could just fix the fuel pump, put some duct tape on that wingtip and fly it out of there.
But I understand their isn't much room for creative thinking in the aviation space, what with all their "rules" and all, so they will probably just put it on a truck.
If it was a fuel pump that went out, I give full credit to the pilot for doing an amazing job of getting that plane on the ground as quickly and safely as possible.
More accurately, she got the plane on the ground as *slowly* as possible. When lacking engines, that's an even more amazing job!
Putting the plane down on that specific part of the road is incredible. Causing less damage than an inattentive truck driver might is even more so. Always nice to see the result of a skilled person performing impressively well.
It's not that difficult to remove the wings. From my previous experience working in aviation they're usually held on with a couple of big ass bolts, and are pretty easy to remove with the right tool.

Who is in charge of this product and why haven't they been fired yet?
There are both mechanical and electric fuel pumps, and a cross-feed mechanism on that machine. More than one thing must have went wrong here if a fuel pump is to blame.
They could have simply run out of fuel, which would be a head-scratcher.
Nice job by the flight crew to get the machine down and no injuries.

They actually towed this Piper from 36 st on it's own wheels with a tow rope and about 15 cop cars to shut the streets down. they got it back to it's intended destination from somewhere on aero drive. couldn't tell for sure but probably used Purolator's access
