I'll agree that it was the best episode, I also agree with UCB that its a pretty low bar, but take what you can get.
I thought it was a bit lame that they're showing us this backstory of him getting his armour since we all already know how he got it back.
I did think it was kind of a nice touch at the end when Fennec says 'with enough credits you can buy muscle' and then they play the Mandalorian Theme.

I think they could have re-designed the beak to at least look cool.

Oh boy, that episode was a lot of fun. I won’t bother with saying more as it’s really early. Just make sure you watch before getting spoilers.

Well. That was amazeballs. Granted it had very little to do with Boba Fett or his non-existent book.

Definitely the best episode. But it really felt like it should be the season premiere for Mando 3.
I kept wondering who directed it, as it felt very polished and cinematic compared to the others. Was surprised by Howard. Wasn't a fan of her previous stuff in the canon. Happy to see her doing better.

I didn't enjoy the digression, fine as an episode, doesn't belong in a 7 episode series with a different plot.
Chapter 2 is still certainly the best episode of this series.

I enjoyed the episode, Howard has a real eye for the Star Wars galaxy. Just a ton of easter eggs, I love the fact that even SWTOR lore has made its way into the series with clan Vizla.
I like the Naboo fighter but where does he carry his bounty?

The fighter even has the spot for baby Yoda where the astromech would usually sit.

She has come a long long way since that janky AT-ST episode. Did they also give her a much larger budget than the rest of the episodes? Love the ring station and the long elevator take, Star Wars needs more fantastical settings just like that.

Severed heads don’t require much room, I expect he’d end up using that option a lot more with the dark saber. Now this is podracing!

I kept wondering if that Ring station was Kuat. That whole set was gorgeous.
Even the details with the X-Wings looked amazing.
I really enjoyed that episode, but it was a Mandalorian episode not a book of Baba Fett episode.

And it was still awesome. Loved seeing the BD unit, but I really like the integrity they gave Din, he did not lie about his helmet.

That was a really enjoyable crossover. Nice to see Mando again, and the entire sequence on that giant space station was really well done. Awesome set design.

Anyone else think the blacksmith was going to attack Mando with the spear? Also, was there no a lot left from Grogu’s chain mail?
