Should I trade in COD: MW2 for this game? I tried to download the demo but it's not up anymore. Is the BF: BC2 multi-player better?

Loved the demo, but I'm too hooked with MW2 to play anything else right now.

I just traded it in for $40 and put it towards BF: BC2. I also noticed that the COD: MW2 disc was starting to crack a bit in the inner circle so it was good timing.

Do you have any idea if the PS3 version was available for sale at superstore?

BC2 is so incredibly superior to MW2 in EVERY single aspect.
I'd pick this up but I have LITERALLY no money. Definitely better than Modern Warfare 2 though. I have no idea how anyone can still play that garbage, heli-copter, pavelow, pavelow, care package, care package, care packages, chopper gunner shooting me through 17 inch steel walls, pred missiles exclusively going for me, etc.
No BS in essence in BC2, everything you do is BS in MW2.

BC1 was good I really liked it a lot. The only downside I see is that with attack/defense style game when you are attacking it can be hell trying to get through the progressive checkzones when they are all snipers and demo guys.

Sorry about that. On Saturday when I went and I saw them at the bottom of the XBox 360 area and I even said to my girlfriend "I don't think they're allowed to sell this.". I guess someone heard me.

Played the BC2 Beta for a couple of weeks. It was limited to 1 map/mode, but got a real good feel for it. I found the gameplay to be far superior to MW2.
The map designs, the squad play, having 16 guys per team (PC). The weapons are reasonably good/authentic, the vehicles (tanks/apc/helis) are lethal but require teamplay to keep alive and the graphics are nothing short of terrific. The only thing people really complain about is the lack of prone. It's pretty much just the snipers that whine, the rest of the players have adapted. There's PLENTY of cover, and not being able to simply lay down has forced a "always on the move" mentality. Camping just isn't a huge problem.
I was always a COD fanboy, but frankly, BF has taken the lead at this point. I suspect Bad Company 2 will lead the fps world until Battlefield 3 comes out sometime in the next year or so (already 3 years into development).
Expecting my copy of BC2 to get delivered tomorrow. Super excited!

I pre-ordered it on steam a couple weeks ago. I played the crap out of that one map. I love the Battlefield series and can't wait for tomorrow.

Sadly CoD will never be taken down. It is way to mainstream to lose any moment. Hell, the Treyarch developed version coming out this year will likely outsell BC2 5-1. It's the way she goes I am afraid.

If that means less 12 year olds then I'm happy.

I was never a big fan of MW2. This game looks like it could have some staying power. I'm torn between buying the computer version or the one for 360.

I'll vote you get it for the 360, before I get crucified for saying "Controllers are better for FPS".
