Great step up by Yao and great finish by Musse. Halifax don't look particularly threatening and will likely sacrifice themselves defensively if they want to equalize, so this game should be in the bag...
That sun was INTENSE tonight, I’m sweating buckets
We cheaped out and bought tix in the Big Rock fan zone. (top 4 rows of the grandstand) At first I was regretting not being closer to the pitch but we were in shade all evening and it was actually super enjoyable. That sun is just brutal.

Downside to Fubo, they only show the main channel. And tonight's game is on the alternate channel apparently. Great...
Yeah - after waxing poetic about the benefits of Fubo, this is a major drawback. I was at the game anyway, but if I wasn't, I would have been rather annoyed by that.

I managed to borrow a Onesoccer login from someone in exchange for a beer. But that is a huge drawback.

I really hope there aren't the same kind of issues for the Premier League. I went with Fubo for the CPL this year specifically because I want to watch the PL and it seemed to make sense.

I'm heading to the game this Tuesday with my whole U10 Foothills team. They are absolutely pumped, especially after they had Novak and Klomp as guest coaches this past week for one of their sessions.
My first game of the year too...looking forward to it.

From the stands on my phone, I was trying to view a replay of the fisticuffs (or lack thereof) that led to the red card. Fubo - nothing. Because I also have OneSoccer for a while, thought I'd try that but of course you can't rewind on that one.

They'll have to come up with something. Even though the EPL schedule is more spread out than ever, there are still many games that are simultaneous. The PVR on Fubo sold me, but EPL was still a selling point.

The youth club program that Cavalry launched this year was a stroke of genius. Add some season tickets to your base via each youth club. Connect with youth clubs all over the city via player visits, which hopefully gets kids hooked, becoming season ticket holders of their own in the future. Possible scouting as well.

Yep they're going about it really well.
In this particular case, Novak and Klomp were essentially "advertising" their new small-group sessions they'll be offering to kids, by doing a free session for our team.
If anyone here has kids that would like these guys to run some sessions for your kids, feel free to shoot me a message for their contact info. Their rates are VERY reasonable, and in fact lower than the amount I pay for my kids' sessions with a Foothills coach.

They have a tough act to follow taking over for DAZN. Early on I’m getting some pretty basic vibes from the Fubo app. Seems clunky and like a C Grade product.
So if you're going to a Cavalry game and coming on short notice, how does the start work? Is it like hockey with a good 10-15 mins of pregame stuff or is it like soccer overseas where kick off is right at the time they say?
