Now you're just talking nonsense.

He's a elite forward. He's definitely not the problem with this team.

I guess the entertainment for the regular season makes it a success..
Pretty much a failure in this sth's eyes. Horrible start. Stars with underwhelming year. No bonafide number 1 goalie for next year. Only made playoffs due to incredible, likely not repeatable, streak. Limped into the playoffs over the final 10 plus games. Lots of work to be done. Positives were Tkachuk, Backlund, Ferland.

But I'm only age-sixteen! That'd be un-law-abiding! Oh, the picture-thought just gets me foot-hopping.

There's a difference in venting about the team. And attacking other cp'ers in the fashion he choose to do.

I mean, come on. It's the internet, you can at least look up a good insult. If you can think up the right words to Google, of course. Seeing as how you consider being a "word-thinker" to be a bad thing, then I doubt you'd be able to do this.
Speaking of Google... I Googled "word-thinker" and I'd guess he was referring to Scott Adams' definition of the word:

"Word-Thinkers: Use labels, word definitions, and analogies to create the illusion of rational thinking. This group is 99% of the world."

Johnny's really good at picking up those secondary assists on otherwise near-invisible nights. It helps to mask how much he has underwhelmed this season.

Everyone should try to see the bright side of things. Calgary did not get eliminated by Edmonton. That would have been intolerable. Rather be eliminated by the Ducks than the greasers.

If Scott Adams is a preacher of an idea which you support, then you'd be well-advised to get off that train. But I feel like a poster who employs the word "####" would not share my view.

Since I feel like going on a bit about just how much this was on Elliott, here's a screenshot of the OT goal.

Just look at how well the Flames are positioned here. From the look of this situation, it seems impossible that Elliott still found a way to put the rebound into harms way.

Between the slow start and the injury he still played near a point-a-game pace for much of the season.

Scoff and secondary assists all you want, he constantly makes creative plays and stirs the drink in the offensive zone.

He can most certainly be better and more consistent, but I'd hate to see what we look like without him. He's a valuable part of this team moving forward.

Agreed with that said good management uses these instances to realize the team's weaknesses and address them in the off season. We have some good youth ready to step in next year. We have some baggage on the team they will all be off the books by 18,19 we have some solid parts to move forward with.

With any luck, Elliott will have played his final game as a Calgary Flame tonight.
