Agreed. But nonetheless this playoff is pretty boring to watch so I’m not convinced on the bubble format going forward even if it works for COVID compliance. Empty arenas no atmosphere and low intensity in comparison to Stanley cup playoffs as they normally are.

You watch hoping the game will pull you out of your seat, but in the end it just seems flat and the highlights are listening to burkie at intermission

Huh.

I see it differently. I don’t watch hockey to see the fans. The games are still pretty darn hard fought. I remember how bored I was before hockey and this is awesome.

The only complaint I have is that almost every team I preferred to win is out now.

* Oh. Even though I don’t watch for the fans, I was always glad to see Reg.

And I hope that the lady who lives behind the bench in the dome is doing well

I find the bubble hockey pretty intense.
Fans would be better, but the games are good.

Ha! Good one about the lady behind the bench.

These games remind me of watching cfl football in Shreveport during the late 1990s. Empty stadium no atmosphere. Players giving just enough to make it competitive, but losing isnt so bad because it means you get to leave the bubble.

I don’t blame Tampa for beating us in 2004, I blame the disallowed game winning goal. Kerri Fraser admitted he got the call wrong. Dallas are scumbags.

I just can't really get into this one, I dislike them both. I mean I guess Dallas, just because losing to the eventual champs makes the Flames look better. But I doubt I watch much of this series until it's a possible Cup clinching game. Just not feeling this one

Yeah, sometimes, in good games or games I care about, I don't notice any difference between games I'm watching pre-covid and post-covid.

Stephen Walkom and Bill McCreary were the referees in game 6...not Fraser.
