It is kind of weird to me that Mullen isn't talked about as much as other Flames greats from that era.

Little Joey Mullen from Hells Kitchen NY. The guy played his guts out every game. High end skill but what heart a true leader. I remember how quiet he was in interviews, talked with a lisp usually sporting a cut from that nights game and likely had 2 or 3 points for his hard working effort. I would take a Joey Mullen on any team from any era.

Although Brodie wears the number well, it's still far too early in his career.
