Not a lot of laugh out loud moments, but "Chickens" really stood out.

Other episodes, while engaging, were bordering on drama. I think someone described them as being similar to the "Jurassic Bark" episode of Futurama.

I liked season 1 better but season 2 was still okay, just not as funny. It is very depressing... and kind of shocking in parts. Overall it's good though, I really like the characters for the most part, they really drive the show. BoJack is such a selfish dink, just a terrible 'person' with few redeeming qualities... I can't help but be fascinated with stories that are about characters like that.

In thinking it over, I am starting to consider that maybe this isn't supposed to be a comedy. My notions that cartoons are either supposed to be funny or action have were wrong. This is like some kind of animated situational drama with some humour..

2 episodes into the second season, and once again I feel like I'm supposed to like this show for a myriad of reasons, but I just don't think I do.

I can see the humor, but it's just not funny. And the jarring dramatic overtones just don't hit home like I think they intend.

It's just a very, very weird show.

It's more or less equal parts absurdist comedy/pathos-laden drama/critique on the television and film industry.

I still feel it borders on brilliant, but doesn't quite get there.

The Bill Cosby bit was interesting. I don't think it's a comedy, not even drama. I think it's a bit of a look at young celebrities and their rise to fame and their messed up lives afterwards.

Surprised this thread hasn't been necroed yet. Finished season 3 today and goddamn, it's as good or better than season 2.

What a terribly sad and funny show.

The personification of the animals in the show is pretty clever at times.

The underwater episode was amazing, even though it was also very anxiety-inducing.
