Reminded of a scene in a fantasy novel where the protagonist gets judged. Just strap Musk to the giant X during a thunderstorm and let the gods decide!
(I'm being facetious)
Though if I lived in nearby apartments I would probably be looking at ways to sabotage the lights.

"The San Francisco Department of Building and Inspection says it has been unable to inspect a new black “X” logo on the roof of Elon Musk’s social media company formerly known as Twitter for two days in a row after the company declined access to the structure."
I hope no one within blocks of it has epilepsy
EDIT: I tried to change the thread title to 𝕏 but it didn't seem to like it.

Ok changed to transgressions, I just wanted to quickly change it away from the special X character in case it caused some kind of weird database problem and wasn't just a display issue.

I just love using the word transgressions ever since Tiger brought it into the mainstream. Speaking of transgressions, the new slogan for the Social Media Platform Formerly Known As Twitter is laughably bad.

I want to hear from someone supporting Musk in this thread! Is there anyone who still thinks he's got his head on straight? Even though he's done some things the right or fringe right approves of, I don't really see them jumping on board his bandwagon, and they still hate electric cars.
I never had a twitter account. I only used it for news and sports.
I decided to try to view accounts through a browser and I can see posts now, but they are old. Anyone else experience this? The last post i can see on Musk's twitter is a comment in 2022 about buying coca-cola to put coke back in it. Dregers last post talks about Colby Cave and is from 2020. Tried two different devices.
Did they break it again? Or is this working as intended?

Naw, it's broken. If you want to view stuff, replace twitter.com with nitter.net in the url. Sometimes it is broken, too, but it's usually better than Twitter.

Zamler has left the thread.

Musk is a sad case, I can't remember if I read it here or somewhere else, but remember back when he first made it big with Tesla? And there was so much optimism like, hey look, one of us ambitious nerds really made it big, this guy can change the world!
Now he's just another cartoon-ish ####### billionaire. Maybe the worst one, in fact. Sad.

In fairness....he is 'changing the world' just....not very well.
