Default January 8th Isles vs Flames

I've got front row seats in the 2nd deck for the Flames and Isles. Section 225 Seat 13 & 14. Asking $450 for the pair.. Paid a paltry $495 in a moment of sheer insanity.

Face value for Gold row tickets is $245/ea. The most expensive seats in the house.

I've sat in similar seats in Sec 227, pretty much right on the blueline. They are fantastic!

Have you sat in these seats? I've been in the front row before, in the neutral zone, and they are awesome.

225 extends inside the blueline, probably to the top of the circle. When you sit in these particular seats, is the safety mesh in view between you and the goal? I hate the mesh. If seats 13-14 are on the neutral zone side of the section, I am interested provided I can find someone to pay 1/2 and go with me.

I havent sat in them.. But I will find that out for you.. I believe they will be closer to center ice being the numbers ascend from left to right in the sections (If you're facing the ice)..

I just can't see the netting being in the way at all there. My seats are in 202, and the netting only covers 1/2 of the Flames defensive zone. And I'm a good 20 feet behind the goal line.

I also looked at Seat Data for the section closer to the goal, and even thought the camera angle is pointing towards centre ice, I still cannot see the netting being in the way. http://www.seatdata.com/html/nhl_fla...flames_224.htm

And if it wasn't the day before my g/f left on vacation, I might be tempted to slpit the seats with you there Draug.

They are approximately 3 feet inside the blueline. Nowhere near the mesh.
I know this because my Sec. 227 seats in the other end were also seats #13-14!

I can attest to the fact that these are great seats.
The company I work for has season tickets in the 4th row in 226 (center ice, right behind the tv cameras) and this is a great place to watch the game. I suspect that front row in 225 will be just as good, if not better (great view of the attack zone).

I want to give a big thanks to burn_this_city for working out a trade deal with me for these tickets!

They are great seats. They are about at the top of the circle... My regular seats are only 13 rows higher, but being in Row 1 you sure get a sense for how fast the game is played. It was A LOT harder to follow being that much closer. It's a lot easier to see how players make the mistakes they do. We had a blast in these seats.

Thanks so much!
