Unfortunately his lack of jam will likely shorten his career, he’s shown some skill and has size but he needs to begin to use his size if he wants to stick around. Just too nice of a guy.

^I can confirm, Gusev is that player. I watched him at the end of the year with the Panthers a fair amount.
Good wheels, has some skill, doesn't play defense AT ALL. Like, I think Draisaitl focuses on defense more than Gusev.
Worst part is that he doesn't finish the chances he creates very well. Reminds me of Matthew Lombardi a little bit.

He shouldn't have any trouble making that team.
