Is there even 100 fans there?

At most unless the other side is jammed... very concerning.

I’ve harped on this for a while. There’s no way the Faths want to continue pumping money into this failed venture. I doubt any other business person in Edmonton wants to take over. This team is ripe for relocation. And it’s not going to be several years until they pull the chute, it’s going to be much sooner.

Marco Carducci! What a double save at the end!

Got the road win with a heavily rotated squad. No injuries, wasn’t pretty but the result is the only thing that matters

Wow, Carducci just saved the win! Unbelievable!!

Hopefully the pathetic crowd is due to the weather as much as anything. I mean it’s grim there to begin with, but a cold rainy night probably doesn’t help.

The weather sure didn't help attendance tonight. It's why I didn't go cheer on the Cavs.

Cavs lucky there, they looked bad all game. Hope this isn't a preview of how they play when the weather is cold and wet.

Shout out to those who made the trip up last night. Way more dedicated than I would have been...

Default 2021 Cavalry FC and CPL season thread

Anyone else log on to buy their seasons tickets for the Canadian Championship against Pacific and find their seasons seats already purchased?

EDIT: I misread the email, didn’t realize I already have seats.

Season tickets included 2 additional games, to be used for Canadian Championship, playoffs of CONCACAF League...

Can't believe we have a single home match this entire month and it isn't even a league match. I long for a normal schedule.

It actually is a "normal" schedule - in 2019 we also only had one home game in September:

May: 5 (1 was a cup game)
June: 2 (1 was a cup game)
July: 2 (1 was a cup game)
August: 4 (1 was a cup game)
September: 1
October: 4
November: 1 (Championship game)

I think September is a busy time for the horsies?

The Masters really interferes lol. It is definitely because of the horse jumping.

Really hoping we can get more games in April and less in late October and November. I'd take a chance on the April weather over the late fall weather. Although, I know nothing about grass maintenance, so maybe it has at least a little bit of something to do with recovery from winter... I have no idea haha.

So calm from Mason to take a touch off his chest.

Trafford should’ve been sent off and probably Gallardo too. Cowardly reffing, she has not had a good match so far

No clue what Farsi did to get a yellow and now he’s going to miss the Pacific match
