Pre-ordered my disc version with Spiderman. I might end up cancelling and waiting but I figured I should pre-order just to be safe.

Not a fan of the $40 shipping at Best Buy to get the console on launch day. Hopefully gambling and seeing if Amazon has preorders that don't sell out instantly pays off.

No, I think digital was significantly lower, which has been rumoured to be the case so far.
If I had to guess was probably around 3000 digital only to start and around 18000 disc based.
Edit: Lbabinz (great follow on Twitter for this stuff) just said 19,000 disc based and 3000 digital at Best Buy.

Free shipping gets you a console on the 16th (at least for my Calgary address). To get it on the 12th they wanted to charge $40. There was a shipping option on the first or second page of the checkout process.
