Did anyone really think Maciocia was going to be an improvement on Jones? It's going to be awkward at the end of the season if they miss the playoffs (50/50 at this point) when the GM has to answer for his replacement head coach not getting the job done.

Its usually personal and not coaching.
Look at the Riders, they're a team of jerks and idiots.

11 players cut on a bye week has to be some sort of record. Not overly surprising with Jones though as he's going to cycle through players because it's easier to do that rather than do a better job of coaching.
