I hate the Oilers as much (possibly more) than most. But in reading the Joey Moss stories I am on an 'Anti-Edmonton' moratorium.
At least until next season starts.

And its why I say that McDavid is a super star, but he's not generational, and as much as Oiler fans harp upon his shoulder thumping sign of elite leadership, he ain't no leader. He's in it for himself and his stats.
There's a reason why the Oilers struggle to make the playoff, and more then anything its those two guys. The toxic twins. And when the inevitable happens and McDavid loses a little bit of his speed, its going to be a bad look man, a bad look.

I have no doubt he improved after being away from the Oilers for a year. It's a shame it will come crashing down for him. They need to do the humane thing and trade him to a better organization.

Since Oiler fans think all their players are Hall of Famers, do they get mad about basically every trade? Or do they just instantly the newly acquired player is also a Hall of Famer?
