Default March 24 with eleven games.

The best games for the Saturday OOT are on Centre Ice. The HNIC games are so-so as only 1 team in each game is in a playoff spot.

Nashville up 1-0 in the first and not sending a forechecker in.

If the Flames had won 3 out of their last 6 (.500 which at one point would have been considered a disaster):
1/2 against Sharks
1 against Oilers
1 against Ducks
(this includes a loss against Coyotes)

They would be sitting 3 points out with 6 games remaining. There would have been a chance.

Laviolette ejected for whining. He should've been thanking the refs.

Wild always play the Preds hard. If they meet up in the first round, that's a possible upset

As awful as they are, the Oilers are actually playing with pride down the stretch (or at least McDavid is).

The Flames on the other hand...ugh. Oilers will probably pass us in the standings before the season is out.

Just making sure the Islanders can get Tkachuk before the Oil can.

To be fair they didn't really turn it around until Duchene was traded so whatever was going on last season at least partially carried over to this one. When Duchene was traded it was like a switch went off and they tore it up...... and then Ottawa started to suck

I’d win a bet if that happens.

Mcdavid in points lead too

Right now, flames are more of a tire fire than Edmonton has ever been

Nope.

Honestly this might be the most incorrect statement in the history of CP.

http://scores.nbcsports.com/nhl/scor...p?day=20180324

The Capitals get a big 6-4 win over the Habs. Talk about consistency, the Caps had 10 shots on Price each period for a total of 30 in the game. Backstrom with 4 assists and Grubauer was in net again for the Capitals.

The Devils hang on for the 2-1 reg win over the Lightning. Kinkaid made 35 saves in the Devils net. The win keeps New Jersey 3 points up on the Panthers.

The Panthers were down 2-0 heading into the 3rd period. They mauled the Coyotes with 4 goals and stay in the close playoff race in the eastern conf. Trochek with a pair of goals and an assist. Kuemper was awesome in net despite the loss making 43 saves. The Panthers fired 38 shots in the last 2 periods.

The Blues hang on for the 2-1 reg win with Jake Allen making 33 saves. The Blues are now in a playoff spot.

The Wild win 4-1 over the Predators, the 2 points puts them 4 points up on 9th place in the western conf.

The Kings looked pitiful in the 3rd as they only had 4 shots on goal. They lose 3-2 to the Oilers in reg time.
