I mean, the score looked right, but it struck me as absurdly unrealistic with how many clean, quick passes the Oilers were able to connect in the offensive zone.

I thought it was hilarious seeing the Oilers computer generated poweplay distribute icetimes evenly though both units. It's an accurate representation of what would happen if Edmonton just rolled through four lines as opposed to triple-shifting McHobo and the German every night.

I am game for a simulated Flames playoff run. Need some "live sports" to cope with the daily news feed otherwise.

Hardest job in all this is Derek Wills. Not much work for the Flames organization.

I thought Wills was terrific! I also liked the interviews and would have enjoyed more of them.

He could share the duties with some of the play by play announcers from SN West or even Peter Maher if he was keen. Would like some color analysis too. Hrudey and Loubardias.

Some pregame and postgame chatter from Wills and color analyst would have been fun too.

They certainly alluded to it by saying the Flames are on a role into the playoffs!
