It’s funny how the best decision the organization could have made is to simply wear two uniforms that they already wore last year. I’m not sure if that’s just a reflection of how low our expectations have become when it comes to this organization and uniforms, or perhaps it’s a metaphor for something else entirely.
In any event, I’ll take it.
PS Anyone remember back in 2009 when they first wore the retros, ie for the first time in 15 years? THAT was a cool moment... the brain synapses were misfiring a lot that night. “Loob looks like a beast out there... and why is Macoun in net?!?”

A third jersey is almost definitely coming. Some time in the near future, I think. Not surprised that they want to stagger the reveals a bit.
I can confirm that Tkachuk would have been playing a trumpet in this video if not for COVID.

Coming soon as in they'll be used this season? Because they'd either have to announce before the year or else it would be the 21/22 season, no? Or do teams sometimes announce during a season and then use them right away?

The Flames announced the Cowboy script alternates in late October 2013 and proceeded to use them during that season.
