But you’d like to come to North America and coach, correct?
Yes. That’s my goal. I want to see life. I want to see life. I want to see hockey life. I want to because I’ve been missing this so much since I left without knowing that’s how this was. … Because in the end of the day, my NHL career was I have to find the right word (he checks his phone dictionary) it was a little disappointing. But at the same time, it was interesting. Very colorful and interesting. But at a playing level, I could have developed as a player so I’m still regretting that. I have a sort of regret and I know right now what I was missing. I should have been more mobile, more agile, and I should have worked on my natural playing, natural game. I should have been little bit more persistent.

One of my all-time favorite Flames. Bring Ville home.

FWIW, Ville already has a job training some of the Panther’s players, notably Barkov. He’s not currently coaching, but he is involved with NHL teams and players already.

What a character! Couldn't help but love him! Just google his name and flip through the images, it cracks me up!
That agitator style is sure fun; at least when that player is on your team. They are sure fun to hate when they're not. Need some of that character in the game.

Was it Reinprecht that we kept rolling out with Niemenen and Simon? Talk about a miscast lol... Hilarious line to roll out though. I know Simon went even more looney after his flames stint, but I think he and ville were huge parts of that playoff run. Other teams didn't know what to do when they were out stomping on their stars/ casually elbowing them in the face

The line in the playoff run was Nieminen/Nilson/Donovan.
Those three were pretty effective in that run having to play a lot of tougher minutes.

It wasn't Reinprecht in the POs or the run up to them. He was out for the last four months of the season and all of the POs.
