Every time I have PVRed a game I don't like to know the results. Am I the only one who does that?
I set the dvr and do this for every game, even if I'm home, so I can spend quality time with my kids after work before tucking them in. I do everything in my power to avoid any spoilers, because although I'll still watch it, I enjoy the game so much more when I can simulate the "live" experience.

In fact, I've even purposely waited an hour before starting to watch the game before even when I COULD watch it live, just to be able to skip the commercials.

Pat Steinberg@Fan960Steinberg1m

Not a whole lot to pass along for the #Flames lineup wise tonight. Reinhart will play, but sounds like Byron will sit.

That game started at like 11 am.

Good times.
Thanks for reminding me of this! That was an awesome game, made even better by how mad Pronger got

I have been highly critical of Sven especially after last game but with these injuries there is now way they can scratch him now

If Hartley did that, that would be really class less.

Sven's dad flew all the way here from Switzerland to watch his son play.

If you want him to watch a game from the press box, do it next week when his dad isn't around.

It's not like any of these games mean anything.

I'm sure Byron's and Reinhart's dad aren't around given the uncertainty of their stay on the team.

And I am someone who actually approves of the tough love approach for Sven.

Didn't they scratch him the last time his family was in town?

Flames always pull the weirdest crap in situations like this. Major injuries, tough opponent, tough building, weird start time... you think there's no way, but they've somehow played better with injuries in the past. Watch them get their first victory in Anaheim in ages with nobody to witness it, haha.

I figured I'd take a chance at 2.75-1 on the Flames. Figured it would be better than that, but here's hoping...!

Home just in time. Hockey time.

Tim Jackman on 960 right now (from earlier) Said he's living in the same Hotel the Flames stayed at and met all the dads, haha
