Hartley has a change of heart last second and goes with his gut by putting Taylor in for his first career NHL start.
Taylor will pick up a 43 save shutout and will be heralded as Kipper's heir apparent on CP immediately after the game.

I've got a bad feeling about this. Good to see Babchuk getting the opportunity, but pairing him with Butler is bad news. Why not Smith? He's much better defensively.

For the umpteenth time, why the hell is Comeau playing out of his natural position in the top 9, while we have a centreman (although he has played wing a lot this year) toiling on the 4th with scrubs?!? Horak has way more offensive instinct and Comeau is a much more physical player. Bob, did you go drinking last night?
