Fitting the Stars season likely ends with a garbage goaltending performance (7 on 24) and another injury (Morrissey done for the season).

What a disaster this year has been.

Huge win combined with the teams chasing me losing. Meier and Mcdavid had a big game in the win. Another big game tomorrow a win in that one puts us in good shape to make the playoffs.

We threw Matt Murray in net in hopes he would use the opportunity against his former team to stop the bleeding in Philly. Instead, we have our 6th loss in a row.

Woof. Live shot of GMJD:

The clock clicked midnight during the 2nd intermission, Canes season slips away in the 3rd

Congratulations Goffie, your team deserves it most

Strong game from new top pairing D Edmundson. 1A, +4, 5 hits. That's the kind of impact the Leafs were hoping for.

Nilsson continues to provide quality starts lately, which is appreciated after a couple of subpar outings from Holtby.

Thanks Doug. But still some hockey to be played. One losing streak by me and a hot streak by you and the panthers and I can be in trouble. It’s really the next 4 games for me that will decide the season. Jersey, Tampa x 2 and the Isles. They are points I need to get and the road is tougher after those games.

My team hasn't been that hot all year, I've been a 8-9 seed team all year max. Going 2-14 when Crawford retired was too much to overcome, I needed to right the shop long before I did
