Poor Finn. When he starts bringing up his dream about Leia flying through space and leaving Poe in the dark about the escape plans they will have think he has major brain damage.

The Episode IX presentation at Celebration is this Friday at 10:00am MT. I'd expect to hear the title and see the first footage at that time.

Just give us a good ####ing movie. And don't leave the fans waiting forever, it's not going to increase their fondness for the franchise lol. What will is giving them encouraging content to digest. That starts with a solid title.

I'd honestly prefer that the end of this trilogy is the end of the GFFA in this time group. They can continue it on TV but realistically I think its time for something entirely new in Star Wars.

I love the idea of doing an old republic, Have Jedi running around with lighsabers powered by huge back pack batteries. Sith army's completely different planets. Oh and a lot of Shakespeare type accents.

Please be good. Ep8 was just so......ugh.

And we need one epic light sabre fight. The only good one in the entire franchise was Darth Maul vs Obi Wan and Qui gon.

I hope it is 2 hours of exploring Rose and Finn's romantic relationship.

Ugh, curious why...they are just a choreographed dance. No one fights like that. I'd much rather see something like Vader and Luke in ESB. That battle had emotion, fear, tension etc. I know it wasn't a full blade dual, but it was far far better, and far more believable.

I thought the Rey/Ren/Red Guards lightsaber battle was the best part of The Last Jedi. It felt less choreographed than the ones in the prequels (with good reason, being that they are less capable swordspeople).

I like Vader vs. Luke in ROTJ too. When Luke actually unleashes his anger and fights for real, that's what a light sabre fight is. Short, brutal, intense. That's actually my favorite scene in the whole franchise, with the camera panning to follow them and the haunting choir entering into the score. Gets me every time.

Nope, best lightsaber battles 1 and 2 were Luke and Darth in Jedi, and then Obiwan vs Anakin in Revenge if the Sith. Luke and Vader was emotion fueled greatness and Obi Wan vs Anakin was emotion and skill. Only part I winced at the Anakin battle was where they stood face to face a couple of feet apart and they swung giant loops around each other in synch. Other than that, best battle in the series. Qui gon vs Maul was a solid #3. #4 was mace windu vs palpatine.

Wait wait wait.....I forgot Yoda vs dokuu. That was simply epic only because we finally see Yoda in full flight action and why he was recognized as the best light saber duelist in the order. How do you fight a fast as heck Mexican jumping bean? You dont. You drop rocks on his pals and play on his morals.

I still like Vader vs Luke in Empire, because Vader toys with Luke and then completely schools him.

Some of the best light saber fights or any fights are still in Clone Wars and Rebels.

I still loved Sidious vs Maul and Savage.

If we're going into the animated stuff, Ashoka vs Vader in Rebels was probably the most emotionally connected I've felt to a lightsaber battle. And I wasn't even really that huge on The Clone Wars.

There's a brief moment where you think he might recognize Ashoka, but then snaps back into Vader "...then you will die." So good.

This is one of the best I've seen:

At around the 3:30 mark.

There is another like this one, attack on the Jedi Temple that had a hell of a dual. I think these both are way better than most in the movies.

The animated intro's for SWTOR are really awesomely done, and yeah the temple invasion and battle on Alderaan were so good.

They showed the teaser trailer at Star Wars Celebrations. It looks great.
