I will say that collision almost felt like a show from a completely different company. Right down to the look of the wrestlers and the physicality of the matches.

If I had to chose between Collision and Dynamite, Collision caters more to what I want.

Yeah, you're right. Guessing we're getting those as singles matchups at Forbidden Door.

Guys 46 years old, and has a long career with a lot of rough matches and gimmick matches.

Wrestling is filled with workers way past their expiry date, that as much as they want to work a full time schedule doing what they did in their 20's and they shouldn't.

Either its the sad tale that they blew the money from their heights and have to keep working. Or they don't have a backup plan and they are addicted to the sport and can't stop.

Currently at Forbidden Door - super fun event! At least Tanahashi looked better than last night at Collision. Definitely a far cry though from when I saw him at Wrestle Kingdom a couple years ago.

With Tanahashi it's just that he's still considered an institution in Japan. He's sort of the Japanese John Cena in a sense.

Hated the finish, but that's my favourite match so far this year.

Part of me still feels like Ospreay should have lost in a bit of a fluke and then have him lose his mind and finally get the win at Wembley

Man that trios match was sloppy

Thatm match had everything for critics of AEW. Sting looking old and slow, Jericho dragging his ass, Sammy almost hurting someone with a dumb botch.

When the time warning came in I was expecting a draw, especially after the leg on ropes and 1 second owa kickout

I dont know if a card has ever had a match as good as what Kenny and Ospreay just did and still have a main event left like this where it wouldnt even be a shock if it's as good or better

Hard to not sort of want Kenny to go to WWE. He's pretty much checked off all the non-WWE dream matches he could have at this point. Kenny vs. Seth, Roman, AJ, Gunther, and Brock all sound good at this point.

That wasn't on Sammy IMO

Sting just didn't get out of the way in time

It's not technically on Sammy, but it's a dumb spot to plan with a dude that's almost 70. Just reflects some of the bush league stuff AEW does.
