I wish my Apple TV would actually show New Releases in order, or actually show more than just a few of them. Florida Project or the Indy movies don’t even show up there.
Watch The Titan last night. The ending was pretty cheesy but overall it was pretty standard sci-fi. If you can get past them genetically modifying humans to live on Titan, instead of genetically modifying humans to live on Earth, it's fine.
I also watched My Life as a Zucchini. It's beautifully animated and really touching story. The theme is not great for young kids but maybe 10+ would appreciate it. It revolves around an orphanage and gets into some of the details of why the kids are there. Some of their backstories are pretty dark.
The new season of Trailer Park Boys is actually pretty good. 8-11 were very....... forgettable.... but this season feels like old TPB. Really liking it so far. Ricky seems natural, the other seasons he seemed really forced. Bubbles is great in this one too.
Hate to say it, but losing J-Roc was a positive. He just didn’t have it in the new seasons.

Season 12 is definitely a return to form. This scene cracked me up.
Lahey’s send off at the end was really touching.

Went through all 10 in the last 3 days, I thought it was great. Looking at reviews I was surprised to find the critical reception was a little cold.
I think casting possibly could have been a little stronger, but I think they really respected the audience not feeling the need to over explain themselves as a fantasy drama, while still making a complex story.
I also think they have been marketing it as a kids show and that's a big mistake, Their target audience should be over 12 for sure.

Is Lost in Space reasonably appropriate for children? My 10 year-old is interested in it but I thought I should make sure it wasn't excessively scary or anything like that.
