Pretty sure it did. In terms of underground fight clubs not bombing Visa (spoiler alert from 1999).
Movies do inspire, thats part of story-telling but again I'm not one to blame movies or video games or anything of that nature for people's behaviour. Thats just a weak excuse.
Same with things like drinking or smoking. Watching Chernobyl did not inspire me to run off and buy a pack of darts.
Apparently BOP is going through massive reshoots to remove a sexual abuse stroyline, in the fallout of the Epstein scandal. WB has been horrendous at reshoots thus far...so this isn't good.
If you've ever met me I am the last person in the world that would engage in a clandestine nocturnal fighting ring. I largely just couldnt be bothered so their rules dont apply to me.
On other notes...
That Birds of Prey trailer looks like a low-budget TV show. Not enthused at all.
Also...recently saw Dark Phoenix and....despite it being identical to pretty much every other X-Men movie....I suppose I should spoiler my obvious disdain.
Spoiler!
...how many times has Jean Grey died in the X-Men Cinematic Universe? Shes was alive again and then she dies again and they're all sad again and dammit....Jean Grey is literally the most boring character they have. Even her name is boring....her life is boring, her problems are boring....its like dating Cyclops inspired a contest about which character we could be convinced to care the least about.
I never thought that would be a competition Cyclops would ever lose, well played Jean....well played.

The source of this rumor comes from Youtuber Grace Randolph so take it with a grain of salt...
Not to further derail this thread, but is it worth pointing out that the Joker has never been an Incel? In this movie his love interest is Zazie Beetz. Typically, however, he has Harley Quinn.
Also "trending"? Joker looks to have almost the exact same tone and a very similar plot to "Taxi Driver". which was released in 1976.
It’s also worth pointing out that people who think they are better humans than others, but also use the term ‘incel’ to describe a group of other humans, need to seriously rethink things.

The best way to deal with a group who are lashing out due to bullying.. Is to bully more?
Cross posted from Amazon Prime thread, but I thought this would be appropriate, given it's kind of a comic book show.
I'm 3 episodes into 'The Boys', and it's flipping phenomenal. What a great show. It's everything a superhero show should be. Slightly campy at times, but it feels so real. It really reminds me of what 'The Authority' / 'Stormwatch' would be like if they made it into a TV show.
