First time I walked into a media lounge, nervous as hell, Peter Watts was the guy that made me feel welcome. He was a genuine nice man who loved sports and never got the full credit for how good he was.

Everyone it seems has nothing but great things to say about Peter based on articles I've read over the last few days including troutman's link above. I especially like that he was passionate about university/amateur sports. Also, 68 is way too young. RIP

I'm old enough to remember that when TSN started that Peter was an important figure with Van Horne and Vic Rauter.
