Lower Mount Royal is on my radar, as I am interested in Mission and some surrounding neighborhoods. From what I have seen over the past half a year, is that the condo fees for that neighborhood are out of control! What could possibly be the reason for a constant $400 to $1000 a month for 1 to 2 bedroom condos?
It is a good location for me and the right property could come up, but the average fee is quite high compared to inner city.
