But he's doing the opposite of scalping, he posted the face value and is now accepting the highest offer up to face value.

Yeah, but I know it'll never go as high as face value for pre-season tickets.

Nows a great time for people to buy tickets. This is as cheap and available NHL tickets are all year. University students and people on tight budgets should be all over these deals.

I did post how much the tickets were. I also said I would sell for less, as it is pre-season and a good opportunity for people to get a good deal on an NHL game.

Are you allowed to say "OBO"? Thats basically what I said in my original post and I have seen that in other people's posts.

Yeah, OBO is fine but posting what the current bid is at isn't really what he want. For the sake of keeping things simple we like to insist that there is a firm asking price in the original post. Makes moderating this forum easier for us.
