Relative yes, but I'm willing to bet even in a case like that the price touches 100 mil plus potential add-ons. 100 mil will be the new reset price for top players now for a few years imo, so it won't really be a big discount.

PSG is just too scary. Barcelona just flirted with Veratti and PSG smashed a hole in their team.

yeah, but that was a €222m hole ... not exactly the end of the world. Losing Neymar might have hurt, but if you use that money well, you can build a great team. It's completely on Barcelona and their ridiculous decisions that they are where they are.
