Irrespective of the result, finally Lomberg will be off the list. Been too many rounds of voting for him, personally.

Even though Lomberg is in 2nd again, I doubt he would have won the next round, so I don't think this should have been a run off.

This one isn't close at all.

At bare minimum Nodler, Philp, and Foo should be welll ahead of Lomberg.

So it that the thought then?

We could always just promote Nodler and put Lomberg back into the pile. Those that were voting Lomberg would be happy because the run off gave them a pretty clear answer as to who should have won that round, but Lomberg goes back in?

I would just give Lomberg 24. At this point its such a crapshoot anyways.

I think so. Lomberg got 26% of the vote in round 23, that's far from decisive. A lot of the Nodler votes should go elsewhere in the next round as Lomberg is such a limited talent. His upside is a 4th liner and his performance to date doesn't even suggest that is the case. Philp, Foo, Schneider, maybe Lindstrom could be top 9 guys (or in Schneider's case a wildcard since goalies are wildcards)

I'd say give Lomberg 24th. I have been voting for potential this whole time, but I think those guys are getting slim and Lomberg might get my next vote

If the Lomberg saga isn't a clarion call for the need for proportional representation in the Canadian electoral system, I don't know what is.
