I really liked how in the latter there wasn't a made-up science solution for everything, they didn't have a magical deflector array to solve all of their problems. Sometimes the DS9 crew just lost and had to deal with the aftermath, it made the series have some real weight to it instead of every episode ending with a reset so they could have a clean slate for the next
I really liked many episodes of TNG, but the series as a whole definitely suffers from old school TV formatting issues. It has a ton of filler episodes, with 26 episodes per season, and yes, doesn't have too many episodes that form a coherent story arc that lasts for more than a few episodes.

Can you imagine if this new Picard show was structured in a similar way. Entire episodes devoted to characters going on dates or encountering tribbles.

fueled by a bit of crazy.

I love Shatner, one of his best spots was showing up for the tribute to George Lucas.

That looks so amazing. Except Allison Pill. I’ve never watched her in anything that she wasn’t terrible in.

Can't wait. I guess Voyageur, and 7 of 9, are no longer lost in the delta quadrant.

Question: have cut reduced the cable chord, so where can I get the sci-fi channel? Crave?

Voyager made it back to Earf in the final episode.

Crave should have the series in Canada.

The funny part is that some people either dont know or remember that, likely because they didnt stick with Voyager all the way to the end.

And I dont blame them. No one should.

Fun fact: Voyager is often used in the Ludovico technique.

I was wondering where Geordi was , clearly Riker ate him.

I gave up on Discovery half way through S2, but would give anything for the Star Trek of my youth- as much as CP speaks highly of DS9, Star Trek hasn’t been the same for me since maybe First Contact.

This looks completely freaking amazing.

Pretty sure I brought this up before, but thank goodness they aren't trying to squeeze Riker and Troy into uniforms like in the Enterprise finale.

Was that Michelle Hurd? Totally underrated actress from the Glades.

You made it farther than I did. I think I watched most of Season 1 and maybe 3 or 4 episodes of season 2.

I vaguely remember an episode where the one guy spends most of the episode gradually dying very, very, very slowly......and then doesnt and is fine.

I always meant to try again but I'm only human, I know at times I seem Superhuman, but I have a limited tolerance for BS.

Looks extremely well made as far as shows go. You can sense from these a lot of care has been put into it. The most questionable thing has been Data's extreme makeup job, so that's pretty amazing all things considered.

Better not be only on Crave or I’ll be pissed. Sci Fi Channel I am okay with, Crave I am not.

Looks great until we get to the space CGI, then it gives me the bad Discovery vibes.

Everything on Sci-Fi goes on Crave, as they're both Bell.
