Will Riedell (D) has been recalled from Rapid City.
Assuming this means he's signing an AHL contract, as he was on an ECHL deal before.

Riedell has 3 assists, 11 PIM's, and is a -2 through 14 games with the middling Rush.

Out with injury.

Fun afternoon at the Dome—it’s awesome having the AHL team here.

And the new blasties are great!

We might need to have a conversation on Rory Kerins! Tearing it up right now, looks like a legit prospect after spending last year in the ECHL.

He should never have been in the ECHL imo. They wasted a year on him down there, he's easily AHL quality. I wouldn't mind a call up to the big club near the end of the season either.

I think people are frustrated trying to buy tickets, I am not sure what they are doing but even yesterday I spoke to 2 guys outside, they took a gamble and had to buy tickets in 2 different rows…. He said he checked the next day and more tickets opened up but they could not change.

The rows around me are usually at least 25% empty with it normally being 50-75% empty. I have tried to buy the seat beside mine for friends to come with and it is never available….. no one has sat there since the first game they played in the dome.

I sound like a broken record but most of the people within CSEC really suck at their jobs it seems….they do not seem to get the fact they need to draw people into the building.

I’ve missed the last two games being sick, but have been present every single game. That said, ever since the home opener last season. The two seats beside me have been vacant EVERY game. They don’t show up as being available for seasons tickets, and they never show up as available on ticketmaster.

It’s bizarre.

Wolf chased from the net today as Abbotsford clobbers the Wranglers 7-2.

Coronato with a goal and an assist, Klapka with a goal.

Also, Nick DeSimone has been sent down according to the AHL Transactions page.

Seems like Coronato's AHL stint is just what the doctor ordered. Was 2pts in 10 games before going down. Has 15 pts in 12 games for the Wranglers.

Loos like Wolf and Dansk caught whatever’s been ailing the Flames goalies, all 7 goals were ones they’d probably want to have back.

Never an issue in my mind giving a young scoring forward an opportunity to score at the pro level. What they did with Keirns is similar to what they are currently doing with Coronato just on a different level.

RW Mark Duarte has been called up from Rapid City of the ECHL to the Wranglers.

Wranglers win 2-1 in regulation.

Strong night for Wolf, 32 saves on 33 shots for a 0.970

Only goal against was a PPG. When you give a team seven power plays, they're probably gonna score on one. (Calgary went 0/4 on the PP)

Goal scorers: Bishop (Aspirot, Coronato), Lyle (Kerins, Schwindt)

My takeaway: Ciona and Stromgren are struggling without Sutter on their line, they're still hard workers, but they definitely look sloppier.
